Important information

With all COVID-19 restrictions ending in England on 24 Feb 2022, our priority is to continue to offer the best possible experience to our guests whilst ensuring we also look after our staff. We continue to have hygiene and safety measures in place throughout our attractions, including enhanced cleaning, hand sanitiser and increased ventilation. In our indoor attractions, key walkways or busier areas, guests may still see signage stating ‘Face Coverings Recommended’ which is in line with public health guidance. Those staff who may wish to continue wearing a face covering whilst working have the option to do so. If you or your party display any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive, we ask that you do not visit.

Disabled Access Disabled Guests should purchase their standard ticket price. The accompanying carer will be free of charge and their ticket will be issued on site at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability. Unfortunately, mobility scooters are not able to be admitted at any London attraction.

Wheelchair Access and Restrictions: The majority of our facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests. However one area, a themed ride known as the ‘Spirit of London’ which opened in 1993 is a continuously moving ride requiring some physical endeavour to board and disembark, and is therefore unfortunately not accessible to guests with limited mobility due to health and safety considerations. Our trained staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by means of a lift. Wheelchair Hire: Wheelchair hire is available on site. Please note that this service is provided on a ;first come first served; basis, and is subject to availability. These wheelchairs are for use solely at Madame Tussauds London for the duration of the visit and cannot be taken off site. By Underground

Madame Tussauds is just a two minute walk away from Baker Street tube station. Baker Street underground station is on the Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines, making it a short, easy journey from anywhere on the central London tube network.

By Train

Marylebone Station is within 10 minutes walking distance of Madame Tussauds. Euston, St.Pancras, Paddington, Victoria, Waterloo and Charing Cross mainline stations are all within five stops on the underground.

By Bus

The following bus numbers travel to within a 5 minute walk of Madame Tussauds London: 2, 13, 18, 27, 30, 74, 113, 139, 189, 205, 274 and 453.

By Car

Marylebone Road is an extension of the A40, one of the major routes in and out of London. Marylebone Road joins up with the Euston Road which passes by Kings Cross.

There is no parking onsite but there are numerous car parks in the vicinity.
